PCDG has been selected to build the San Vicente Residence — a commission we're proud of, and one we owe in great part to our design partner. BSPK Design, Inc. shaped this home from its first sketch, and our long-standing partnership — builder and designer working as one team from the earliest drawings — was instrumental in earning the owners' confidence. We intend to repay it in built form.
BSPK's design gathers the home around a planted court — stone-clad gables, deep eaves, and rooms that open to long outdoor tables under the olives. The program: a 13,633-square-foot primary residence, a 945-square-foot ADU, and a pool pavilion, held together by one calm material language.
A sculpted stair and glass wine wall anchor the main level; kitchen, family room, and theater carry the same warm palette of wood, stone, and plaster through the house — down to the spa, steam room, and sauna below.
