Any pricing, cost-per-square-foot figure, or timeline referenced on the Site is a general market observation, not a quote. No estimate, proposal, or scope of work is binding on PCDG unless and until set out in a written agreement signed by both parties.
When you submit an inquiry through the Site, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it. Submitting an inquiry does not create a contractual or professional relationship between you and PCDG — that happens only through a signed written agreement.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PACIFIC COAST DESIGN GROUP AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SITE OR ITS CONTENT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you. This section applies only to use of the Site — it does not limit liability under any signed construction agreement.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pacific Coast Design Group and its officers, employees, and agents from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your violation of these terms or your misuse of the Site.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of these terms or your use of the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and PCDG regarding use of the Site. You may not assign these terms; we may assign them in connection with a reorganization or sale of our business.
