One story, drawn long and low

Palmera keeps its profile deliberately quiet from the street — white volumes, warm wood, desert-toned planting — and opens at the back to a view deck that runs the width of the house. A plan built for single-level living without a single wasted corridor.

Lit low, like the house itself

At dusk the architecture does what good single-story design should — recede into its landscape and let the light do the talking.
